Dyeing
The usage of latest soft flow dyeing process with balloon padding and flat drying gives our fabric a streaks free and wrinkles free finish. The modern process retains the actual design and structure of the fabric and minimizes shrinkage.
Cutting
Our cutting unit with imported band knife cutting machines, straight lay cutting machines. With this advanced technology auto cutter, we are able to cut 10,000 Pcs per day.
Embroidery
The highly advanced Tajima machine with 40 heads makes it easy for us to craft the finest embroidery designs.
Stitching
Stitching unit with all normal and special purpose machines imported from world renowned manufacturers to make contemporary style knitwear. professionalism of our trained workers gives a neat and perfect finish to the final garments.
Checking
The completed garment is then meticulously checked to ensure it meets the specifications of the client.
Ironing
Once the checking is done, the garment is given the finishing touches by pressing it using a steam iron.
Accessories
Appropriate accessories are added to increase the visual appeal of our garment and authenticate the brand identity.The accessories go a long way to augment the overall impact of the garments.
